Drop Information

The drop of the vertical blind that you should enter is the measurement from top to bottom of the blind.

The actual measurement you take depends on where you want the blind to hang and the measurement type you select.  If you are not hanging the blind in a recess the value you enter for the drop should be the distance from the top of the vertical blind headrail to where you would like the fabric to hang.

What's in the box
Our Vertical Blinds are carefully packaged in 2 separate boxes. Whilst we will dispatch these boxes together, there is a small chance that they will arrive separately.   

Your blind will arrive with fitting instructions, fixtures and fittings  Screws and wall plug fixings however are not normally provided as the type required varies greatly depending upon the surfaces you are fixing to.

Patterned Vertical Blind Information
Our patterned vertical blinds are not intended to have a uniformed design.  This means that the pattern is randomised across the blind by shuffling the slats.  Just like the blinds below on the left.



Because you can order slats only, this makes patterned vertical blinds a more versatile options. It’s easy to mix and match patterns and colours, a beautiful and bright finish just like the top right blind, is so achievable at an affordable cost.

These ones showed up a bit short in width also,but at least I can use my beautiful curtains to hide the mistakes!&at least I use these ones,unlike my bedroom blinds,which couldn't possibly fit ANY property!!-at least I got what I paid for(even if slightly short in width again)Such a shame,as with the correct sizes,would be lovely products,still wouldn't recommend anyone using a service that if someone gets it wrong,you cant even exchange?!!! Hello Angela, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your recent order with us. I am sorry that you have received the blind too small. All of our blinds are bespoke made to measure and if we have been provided the incorrect measurements, then we would not replace the goods. However, as a customer you have an option to apply Sizesure to your order. This covers you for any mistakes made with measuring. The Sizesure does have separate Terms and Conditions. As per our telephone discussion earlier today. If the blinds have been made incorrectly by us, then we will of course rectify this for you. You did apply Sizsure on this order, so you are covered on this occasion for a replacement blind. I will send you an email with all the details on how to get the correct sized blinds.
